Sophos XGS 3100

The Sophos XGS 3100 is a high-performance next-gen firewall appliance designed for medium-to-large-sized businesses, offering advanced network protection features. It delivers up to 47,000 Mbps of firewall throughput, 10,500 Mbps of IPS throughput, and 7,400 Mbps for threat protection. The XGS 3100 integrates deep SSL/TLS inspection, providing up to 2,470 Mbps of Xstream SSL/TLS inspection. The device supports IPsec VPN throughput of up to 25,000 Mbps and offers 6,500 concurrent IPsec VPN tunnels.

Key features include multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports, 10GE fiber connectivity, and options for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). It supports high-density networking with Flexi Port modules that offer additional connectivity options, such as 10GE SFP+ and 2.5 GE PoE.

The XGS 3100 also comes with an integrated 240GB SSD for local storage and logging, and a multi-function LCD display for monitoring. It operates in varying environmental conditions, with operating temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40°C and can be configured with a redundant power supply for improved reliability.
